TEA Christmas Breakfast – 2020

You are cordially invited to the annual Christmas Breakfast with the wonderful folks of Totally Engaged Americans in Lorain County. Invite your spouse and friends. It is always a nice occasion.

We have a full breakfast buffet and guest speakers. Great community and camaraderie. Wear your favorite Christmas sweater or Santa hat.

Charity Benefit:  Net proceeds from this event will be donated to the Northwest Ohio Classical Academy.  Double the benefit – Fyi, a portion of ticket purchase proceeds will be matched by the TEA organization.

Classical education at NOCA
We are pleased to announce Kathleen Sallah, school board member at Northwest Ohio Classical Academy, will be one of our guest speakers. She will provide a glimpse into NOCA which is a charter school in Toledo that opened in 2019 and uses the Hillsdale ‘Barney Charter School’ curriculum.  Sallah bio“To be or not to be? A call for patriotic celebration in Ohio’s Social Studies Standards”
Mr. Mark Raczynski will be our second guest speaker. He has been an 8th grade American History Social Studies teacher for the past 24 years.  He is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served as a tow missile operator in Desert Shield/Storm. He lives in rural Ashland County with his wife, Christi (also a teacher), and his three high school children, Joshua, Rebekah and Nathan.  He is currently a member of the Medina VFW and attends Medina Bible Church in Medina, Ohio.Recently Mr. Raczynski testified before the Ohio State Board of Education.  See his testimony here in opposition to the Kohler Racism, Equity Resolution.
