Election Round-Up
Our very own Mike Moats, TEA vice chairman and emcee, will provide a full analysis of the 2020 General Election results for Lorain County complete with his excellent color-coded maps. They are detailed down to see how YOUR personal precinct voted. It is really great information.
Lawsuit against DeWine
We are honored to host Mr. Tom Renz, lead attorney on the case filed against Governor DeWine and the State of Ohio. He will provide information and an update on the lawsuit currently in federal court challenging DeWine’s declaration of emergency among many other things.
There is an active group of citizens, Ohio Stands Up!, that has been supporting this effort. The state’s defense has a serious job on their hands trying to defend DeWine’s (Dr. Acton’s, Himes) executive and health orders. See list of documents here. You can see the complete list of 99 orders that DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health have issued from March 14 up through Oct 9 this year.
Come learn directly from Attorney Renz about this important case. It has implications for all Ohioans and is having an impact nationally and internationally.
