Many are wondering how they should vote on Issue #2 which is on the May 6, 2025, Primary Election Ballot. This is a statewide issue on every voter’s ballot. It is an Ohio Constitutional Amendment proposed by the Ohio legislature. It is for the issuance of $2,500,000,000 ($2.5 Billion) “General Obligation Bonds” over a period of ten (10) years ($250 million per year) to be paid back by the state’s taxpayers plus interest over a period of 30 years.
